Hong Kong never runs out of the cravings for Japanese, whether it’s getting buzzed on Sake or overloading on Kyoto Joe’s Mala roll, it’s just never enough.
Taking a lead in festivals this month is the SumoSushiSakeHK this Saturday on the 23rd of November 2013. With plenty of sashimi and sushi from places like Wabi Sabi, Nan Tei, Sugo Sushi and many more, the one day event will be taking place at the Indian Recreation Club across the Hong Kong stadium.
The anticipation of having LIVE sumo wrestling matches, live music and sushi eating competition, this festival will also feature over a 150 types of sake and shochu. Talk about an exciting Saturday!
Desserts-wise, popular ice cream maker Lab Made will be whipping up their most popular Japanese flavours on the spot.
Tickets to SumoSushiSakeHK will be available from 1 November 2013 onwards, which are priced at HK$280 for five tokens, HK$350 for 10 tokens and HK$500 for 15 tokens plus access to the VIP seating area (tickets at the door are an additional HK$50 each).
